Brett Dieck, Esq.

Brett M. Dieck graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business in 2003. In May 2009, Brett obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Throughout law school, Brett worked as a law clerk for a small firm in Annapolis, Maryland and a large firm in Towson, Maryland. In December 2009, Brett was admitted to the Maryland State Bar. Brett is currently a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), Howard County Bar Association, Baltimore County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association (ABA). Additionally, Brett is qualified as a Civil Mediator in the State of Maryland.

Since 2002, Brett has worked in the title industry providing marketing and settlement services as an agent licensed by the State of Maryland. In June 2003, Brett successfully founded his own company - Old Line Title Company, Inc. Brett continues to manage the company on a daily basis as President and General counsel. Brett currently lives in Mt. Airy, Maryland with his wife and two children.

Mark Wisniewski, Esq.

Mark J Wisniewski was born and raised in Columbia, Maryland and continues to reside in Howard County. Mark graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology located in Melbourne, Florida. While attending Florida Institute of Technology, Mark was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha, a member of the honors fraternity (the Order of Omega), and was an amateur boxer. While attending, and upon graduation from Florida Institute of Technology, Mark spent several years in the financial industry.

Upon leaving the financial industry, Mark attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in Law, with a concentration in International and Comparative Law. While in law school, Mark was the captain of the International Environmental Moot Court team which placed in the quarterfinals in the Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition. Mark is currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Baltimore with an expected graduation of December 2010. Mark has been admitted to the Maryland State Bar, The United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and The United States Court of Federal Claims. Mark is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), Howard County Bar Association, as well as the American Bar Association (ABA).

Before coming to the Law Office of Brett Dieck, LLC., Mark was employed at a Law firm in Annapolis with a focus on criminal law and employment law. Mark is currently active in the government contracting industry and is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), and the Institute of Supply Management (ISM).
